Welcome to Beardmax, an application owned and operated by Pack6 LLC. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms govern your access, use, content, functionality, and services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of these Terms.
To use certain features of Beardmax, you must create an account via email or Google/Apple sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may delete or deactivate your account at any time by following the instructions provided in the App.
Beardmax offers in-app purchases. Payment processing and refunds are managed by the platform where you downloaded the App (Google Play or Apple App Store). Please refer to the respective platform's policies for details regarding refunds.
Pack6 LLC does not directly manage or process refunds. All refund requests must be submitted through the platform from which you purchased the App.
By using Beardmax, you agree not to engage in any unauthorized or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
All content within the App, including but not limited to software, code, design, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Pack6 LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted no rights or licenses beyond the right to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
Beardmax is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. Pack6 LLC makes no guarantees regarding the performance, reliability, or availability of the App.
You acknowledge that you use the App at your own risk. Pack6 LLC is not responsible for any damages, including data loss or security breaches. We do not store user data on our servers.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or other policies governing the App's use.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or suspend the App at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jamaica.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. When updated, the "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be revised. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms.
Continued use of the App after any updates constitutes consent to the revised Terms.
